Food for the Soul

Leave your daily cares and concerns at home as you spend a weekend experiencing physical, emotional, and spiritual nurturing.

Ruth Rarick: Getting Through the Day Energetically Healthy: Life happens and there are just going to be days where you feel drained energetically. Come learn how to be more grounded and centered everyday. You will learn some easy techniques for improving your energy, whether alone or in a crowd, at home or at work. You can use these tools to stay energetically more balanced while day-to-day stresses are happening around you.

Joy Regina: Soul Creation and Expansion: Are you as connected to those around you as you’d like to be? How about your connection with yourself? Would you like to get clearer about your place in this world? Joy’s workshop will offer modalities to support your soul’s connection and expansion, as well as channeled soul messages. This workshop is nurturing, enlightening and fun. It is a co-created effort by all present.

Chef Karen Oldenburg: Food for the Soul: What better way to feed the soul that through food? Chef Karen will lead two groups through creating appetizers based on given ingredients. This playful competition will have the retreat participants eating out of your hands at dinner, as the creations are served. May the best one win!
