The Cuisine

Well, comfort food is a term more betting the fare you’ll be served. Nothing in French. Nothing encrusted or sauteed. Good old roasted, broasted and broiled. Like Mom used to make. Don’t get us wrong. This is good food. You won’t think you’re eating at a truck stop. Tiny and Karen spend their weekend in the kitchen working hard to make sure that we don’t go hungry. They do it well.
